Semester 2 Exams AAR

Yes,
Finally exams are over.

For the past months, it is really a war.
Stress up, tired but still need to keep on fighting.
No matter how bad the situation, still have to keep your mind positive.

A quick review on my exams

1) MP2011 – Engineering Graphic and Machine Component.
This is the paper that i have the most confident. But due of complacency, i did not put in much effort. I thought i have completed the similar exams during polytechnic and i could do likewise in university. NO NO NO.
But thank goodness, i’m manage to complete my studies and revision in the very last minute and able to complete the exams.
For the exams, 2 hour and 30 minutes. I finish up the last question is the very last sec.
Just as i finish up the fullspot, invigilator says” Please stop writing”
Thank God.

2) 2nd paper was MP106 Fundatmental of Management.
Can you imagine, my lecture give us 4 tips for exams which are the exact exams questions out of 7 questions. But of course, you got to relate it to the case study which is not so simple as copy and paste. A lot of memorising work got to be done. I did not regret for not SU-ing this module.

3) MP2007 Mathematics 4
This module, i put in the most effort. I go for 3 tutorial classes where by each student is suppose to go for one tutorial only. This module is really so hard. Even though i put in the most effort but the results is always not linear proportional. The questions is indeed stunning. For a minutes, i could not understand what the quesitons are about and how to solve. I was so panick and nervous that my mind was blank for a while. Could not solve simple mathematics problems.
But really thank God that i’m still manage to complete the exams, which mean leaving blank = 0 marks. Write at least something > 0 marks.

4) Fourth paper is MP2002. Kinematics and Dynamics.
Oh man. This exams is really hard and tough. Too much information to understand. Even though is open book, we do not have the time to refer to our notes. Examiner even give us stunning question. By reference to the past year paper, we are suppose to have 1 static question, 1 dynamic question. But are very similar in question but very different in solving. I just stare blank for 10 minutes, trying to understand which is static and which is dynamic. In the end, i realise that both questions are dynamics. WAO LAO…………………..
The professor told us that 2 hours and 30 minutes is not really enough to complete the exams. Which is very true. So in order to acheive the greatest amount of marks, i did not solve the questions. Instead, I just write down the formula and put them into equations.
So i just put down, combine equations 2 and 3 to solve for XXX. Combine equations 4 and 5 to solve for YYY etc.
I hope that there will be a high moderation that can push my grades higher.

5) Fifth paper. MP2008 Fluids Mechanics

During this period of time, i have been reading the book of Kings.
Read through how God bring Kings to rule over Israel, how Saul become the first king then follow by King David.

King David become a king after he slain Goliath.
Hahaha. In life, there are my giants before you.
You got to draw out the mightly man within you.

Before King David slain Goliath, he killed a bear and one lion. Hahaha.

As for me. I’m not a king, but I’m going to slain 6 giants in this period of time.
6 heavy exams before me.
5 done, left with one.

Oh man, brain juice is almost used up. Still trying to understand Electric at this timing. 11pm.
Dun think is able to sleep early tonight.

It has been really hard week and month.
Need to complete 6 exams in a roll.
The maximum amount of exams i took at once was just O level which i took months to prepare.

Dude, welcome to University. Its the fact of life.
Fighting for 6 exams in a roll is nothing a big deal.
But this week in particular is really tough, but God remain faithful.
Whenever i really feel like giving up, He will always pull me up.

Believe: God will only help those that help themselves.
Keep on walking, don’t stop.
Keep on eyes focus on the front and don’t lose track of it.
Do you best and God will do His best to help you.
Smile, laugh when you face difficulties.

This week, i have been reading the book of Kings.
Moral learn: You want to be a gaint slayer. You got to stick close with one, and you will become one.
If you want to be eagle, don’t gather with turkey.

Tml will be doing fundamental of management.
So much stuff to memorise.
I pray for an upgrade from Pentium 4 process brain into a dual core processor.
Also pray for upgrade from 512mb ram into 4Gb Ram, and increase of storage capability to 80Gb so that i can memorized more stuff.
